This is the rare Block Letter Wisconsin version of the 1960/1963 Rose Bowl pennant. It is the rarest known version. The letters "WC" in the lower left corner stand for West Coast. It was manufactured exclusively for West Coast Novelty who was a concession vendor at Candlestick Park and several other venues.
