Damaged or lost shipments will be replaced or refunded up to the amount of insurance you purchase during the checkout process or the full cost of the item(s) you purchase whichever is less. It is your responsibility to indicate the correct amount of insurance at the time of check out.
All domestic orders are shipped by insured Priority Mail.

Foreign orders are shipped by insured International Priority Mail or International First Class Mail.

At our discretion, we may allow a full credit towards other items on this site as long as the returned item is received in the condition in which it was sent.
