Ordering Guide
All items on this site are available for online purchase by credit card.
For your security and peace of mind, all credit card information is encrypted and transmitted through the Authorize.Net Payment Gateway and adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
* 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
* Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
* Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, please submit your order online as this will reserve your purchase. (There is a payment option for mailing payment in the ordering process.)
You are also welcome to email me to reserve your needs.
Payment is accepted by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
(If payment is made by cashiers check, money order, credit card or credit card access
check, items are usually shipped within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Personal
checks may take up to 10 working days to clear my bank before items are shipped.)
Minimum shipping charge is $7.50
Damaged or lost shipments will be replaced or refunded up to the amount of insurance you purchase during the checkout process or the full cost of the item(s) you purchase whichever is less. It is your responsibility to indicate the correct amount of insurance at the time of check out.
All domestic orders are shipped by insured Priority Mail.
(If you prefer FedEx shipping, please email for a quote or add a notation
in the comments box on the order form. We will confirm any additional charges before
processing your card.)
Foreign orders are shipped by insured International Priority Mail or International First Class Mail.
Please note that any Customs fees, duties or taxes imposed on foreign shipments by your local government are your sole responsibility.
All shipments to a California address, must also include 8.75% California
State Sales Tax.

Please note that I carry private insurance.
Damaged shipments should be brought to my immediate attention.
Orders cannot be returned without prior authorization so please contact me immediately regarding any problems.
All items on this site are guaranteed to be authentic unless otherwise stated in the description. We are sorry but do not accept returns unless the item is not as advertised. At our discretion, we may allow a full credit towards other items on this site as long as the returned item is received in the condition in which it was sent. Please contact us beforehand and please take care in packaging as we cannot be responsible for any damage due to improper packing or handling.
